A : Yes, it will be compatible with 2012 KIA OPTIMA, but you may need to do some wire modification because we can only send you a ISO cable.
Q2 : Is it possible to make playlists in the music player, using a memory card?
A : Yes, it can make playlists in the music player by using a memory card.
Q3 : Does the wifi work?
A : Yes, but it isn’t a hotspot. Think of it as a tablet with a radio. If you are in areas with free WiFi, or have a hotspot, you can connect -Watch Netflix, go on TV, social media, etc.
Q4 : Does this unit power on immediately like the way regular steroes do? Or does it have the delay of booting an Android tablet each time you turn on your car?
A : There is a delay which takes 10 or 15 sec just as there would be on a tablet. Once powered up it is a very capable after market car stereo.
Q5 : Is this compatible with 2012 Toyota Prado?
A : This is a universal car stereo made to fit most vehicles. If your Prado has an opening for double DIN which is about 178 mm wide and 100 mm high, then it will work with the correct trim adapter for your vehicle.
Q6 : How do I connect steering wheel controls to the sw1 and sw2 wires on back of unit?
A : You have to find the original wires coming ffrk. on the steering wheel to your old head unit. Then just splice them in.
Q7 : Can waze be downloaded and used? Can I download apps from Google store with this?
A : Yes, it comes with play store. Any apps in the Google store can be accessed with this and work great!
Q8 : Does the buttons change color?
A : Colors can be selected through the system management app.
Q9 : Is this unit compatible with 2010 suzuki sx4 steering wheel controls?
A : Sorry, this head unit doesn’t support. Because the SX4 car is original with can bus system, and the dimension and shape do not fit either.
Q10 : Can this product handle ODB2 with USB?
A : Sorry, this procuct can’t handle ODB2 with USB.
Q11 : Has the GPS freeze up problem been fixed? What kind of GPS is installed? What does it cost to update?
A : We will preload the free testing copy map from the factory into a 4GB micro SD card for you , and it includes the map of your country. It is an Igo software which doesn’t support to update via website. But once we got the new map file from the factory, we can send to you via email for free. All you need to do is just download and use it.
Q12 : Do you have to enable a wifi hotspot everytime you use the nav or google maps? Google maps I would assume yes but what about stock nav?
A : The stock GPS app doesn’t require wifi or 3G phone. This car DVD player comes with its own antenna and tracks SAT signals without wifi assistance. The installed app works fine.
Q13 : How accurate is the GPS/Navigation? Can I download Google Maps?
A : Our GPS/Navigation works fine and most of consumers are satisfied with it. And yes, you can download Google Maps.

Q14 : Why can’t I surf the Internet after plugging in my 3G dongle ?
A : It might be the 3G dongle you used is not compatible with our radio. It’s possible that you didn’t buy the 3G dongle from our store. Would you like to buy a compatible one from us to try? Also please note that for our 3G dongles to work it can only support a WCDMA 3G bandwidth Internet SIM card.
Q15 : Why does pressing the GPS button to open the Igo maps not work while clicking on the icon does ?
A : Please go to setting—GPS—GPS application option to set the GPS button’s function. You can define it to open any map app you installed on the radio.
Q16 : Why can’t I open the map or it reports errors when I open it ?
A : It might be the map software preinstalled onto the map SD card is corrupt or lost files. Would you mind we send you a link to download the all map files again to try? Or you can wait for us to send you a new map SD card by post to you? Any idea please let us knows, so that we can give you following instructions.
Q17 : Why is the stereo screen black and no shows no display ?
A : Please use something sharp kike a paperclip to press the RST hole on the front panel to check. If it is still not working, please check if the touchscreen and all other functions still work. Does it have sound coming out? If it is only the display is black and not working, then it maybe the display screen or the display board doesn’t have power to the back-light of the screen, it may require opening the front panel to check screen board, can you try that? If all of the other functions do not work either, then it might be the device is not connected with power. Please check the power connector and fuse on the radio to see if they are all still good.
Q18 : Why does the radio interface not have voice while others have ?
A : Please disconnect the power cable to the radio, and wait for an hour, and then connect it back to check. We have had clients solve the problem by doing this, maybe this will solve the problem for you also.
